St. Hugh of Lincoln is conveniently located on the near south side of Milwaukee at the corner of 12th & Hayes streets, near the intersection of South 13th St. and West Lincoln Ave.

From the North or West of Milwaukee
Take either I 94 east or I 43 south towards downtown Milwaukee. (Note – there will be construction on the freeway until 2007.) From downtown, take I-94/I-43 south to the Becher street exit. Go straight through the confusing intersection at the end of the ramp. The exit becomes 5th street. Take this to the next street, which is Lincoln Ave. and turn right. Take Lincoln Ave west to 12th St. Turn left on 12th St. one block to St. Hugh of Lincoln.
From the South of Milwaukee
Take either I 94 West (which actually heads North) towards downtown Milwaukee. Exit at the Becher Street exit. At the end of the exit ramp turn left, going under the freeway. Stay in the far left lane and make another quick left just under the freeway bridge. When turning left, be sure that you do not get back on the freeway, but get on 5th street. Take this to the next street, which is Lincoln Ave. and turn right. Take Lincoln Ave west to 12th St. Turn left on 12th St. one block to St. Hugh of Lincoln.
Via City Streets
Take either Lincoln Ave or Oklahoma Ave from the west to 13th Street. Take 13th Street one block south of Lincoln to Hayes Street. Take Hayes 1 block east to 12th Street.
Via Public Transportation
Two bus lines run within 1 block of St. Hugh of Lincoln Church. The #19 bus runs on 13th street. The #53 bus runs on Lincoln Ave. For more information see the Milwaukee County Transit System website.
